Exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resource Manager in the Temecula, CA office. We are looking for a high energy, results oriented Human Resources professional to join our HR team!

The Senior Human Resource Manager is an integral member of the HR team, which partners with the management team to plan, integrate and implement HR strategies that result in the improvement of business unit performance. In this hands-on position, you will support operational excellence through ongoing process improvement including but not limited to, talent acquisition and retention, compensation, performance management, employee relations, training and development, metrics, HRIS, internal communications, government and legal compliance.

The successful candidate will have proven organizational consulting and influencing skills, ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major change, ability to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media, proven ability to develop, use and promote collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishments of work goals. Must be able to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy.

Bachelors Degree required with minimum eight (8) plus years progressive experience in Human Resources/business operations positions. Human Resources Certificate a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and social networking as used in business is required. Previous experience with implementation of on-line HR systems preferred. Working knowledge of Internet recruitment sites a plus. Previous benefits and 401K administration experience, including compliance testing and funding, required. HRIS data input and reporting experience. Must be proficient in employment law, employee relations, benefits coordination and administration.

We are seeking an IT Analyst to join our team! The IT Analyst will be responsible for supporting existing systems, making recommendations and implementing technology based solutions. Additionally, assisting end-users, (remotely or in person) with personal computer maintenance and troubleshooting.

Other job responsibilities include: System network operations, hardware set-up and configuration, anti-virus and anti-spyware maintenance, system backups, disaster recovery, preventative maintenance, end-user applications, desktop support and installation.

Skill set must include: Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees in a professional manner. Solid judgment and reasoning skills with the ability to treat all company and employee information confidentially. Ability to work with team members on projects to ensure accurate delivery and availability of information.

Must have knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting, repair and deployment. Must have working knowledge of major operating systems including Windows XP, Server 2003/2008, Mac OS and Microsoft Office Professional 2003/2007. Four year college degree required.

We are seeking an Advertising Sales coordinator/Planner in New York to work closely with the Outdoor Channel and Winnercom Eastern sales teams to develop on-air and online media plans that target national and endemic advertisers and agencies based in the Eastern Region. Role carries more responsibility and offers more learning opportunities than traditional Sales Planner positions.

Major job responsibilities include: proactively tracking delivery of all accounts; producing and ensuring accurate deal and stewardship reports; working with programming and traffic to ensure proper placement of units. Other job responsibilities include clerical and administrative duties.

Skill set must include: ability to prioritize; aptitude with numbers; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both internal personnel and external contacts; strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of media research tools (Nielsen, MRI, TNS and Operative/DART). Attention to detail a must. Some travel involved. Media industry experience preferred. Four year College degree required.
