Golden Moose Award Online Fan Favorite Voting

Rules:

1. No Purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. Limit of one (1) entry accepted per person.
3. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected entries.
4. Outdoor Channel decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final.
5. Potential winners are randomly selected.
6. Potential winners will be notified by mail and/or phone call.
7. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
8. Open to U.S. residents only.
9. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
10. Must be at least eighteen (18) years old to enter.
11. A prize won by a minor will be awarded to the minor’s parent(s) and/or legal guardian.
12. Outdoor Channel employees, their immediate family members, producers, and sponsors are not eligible to win.
13. Void where prohibited by law.
14. The winner must pay all costs, expenses, fees other than those specifically identified in the prize description.
15. No substitutions, transfer, or assignment of prizes is allowed, except by Outdoor Channel who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
16. Winner grants to Outdoor Channel and its sponsors the right to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice and/or biographical information in advertising and promotion and waives compensation or additional permission.
17. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
18. Winner releases Outdoor Channel and its sponsors from any liability arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
19. All entries must be received by December 31, 2009.
