"American Guardian Television" returns with all-new originals in January, taking viewers to elite civilian, law enforcement and military training centers around the country. From close quarters training to information on picking quality defensive ammunition for civilians, you won't want to miss a minute of "AGTV."
First stop this quarter is a return to the famed SIG Sauer Academy for an interesting look at a course offering called "Civilian Response to Terrorism." Thought provoking and prudent in this new age, this course teaches students what to look for, then trains them how to respond.
On Jan. 6 and 13, "AGTV" kicks the tires for a two-part look at High Caliber Training's performance driving courses. Covering basics such as controlling a vehicle under adverse road conditions, "AGTV" also covers the driving skills one needs to get out of trouble when attacked from an armed assailant. Straight from law enforcement and force protection driving schools, this is high-speed television, literally, that you won't want to miss.
In "Defense–Mind & Gun," "AGTV" trains with noted shootist Ron Avery, who brings a unique prospective on how thought processes are related to how one performs on the firing line. And fianlly, in "Defensive Ammo," "AGTV" breaks down everything armed citizens need to know in order to make a good choice for the ammo they use for home defense and conceal carry.
On Feb. 3, "AGTV" returns to High Caliber Training for a day on the range for conceal carry techniques. "HCT Conceal Carry" is loaded with instruction, from holster selection, to dynamic presentation techniques under stress.
In "Weaponlights," "AGTV" loads the cameras and heads to California to catch up with SureFire Academy's Bill Murphy, a SWAT veteran and accomplished trainer. "Weaponlights" is all about attaching weapon-mounted lights to your home defense gun–and how to use them in a fight.
On Feb. 17 and 24 "AGTV" features a two-part look at home defense. Using High Caliber Training's massive shoot-houses, "Home Defense Scenarios, I and II" are both instructive and through provoking–incredible training for that bump in the night.
On March 3, "AGTV" silences many of the myths concerning suppressors during a visit to SureFire, highlighting the company's unique suppression tools for the U.S. military and law enforcement.
In "Video Training," "AGTV" has found one of the most unique training platforms in the world in Oregon. Using lasers, monster projection screens and the latest in computer programs, this is high-tech training you won't want to miss.
On March 17, "AGTV" heads to the range for some very specific rifle training with the president of Desert Tactical, makers of modular, precision bolt guns that redefine what a tactical rifle can be.
Finally, in "Survival Carbine," "AGTV" highlights rifle training with the latest AR-style rifle from DPMS–the Raptor, an out-of-the-box ready survival gun complete with a medical kit, "go-bag" and high-end rifle accessories.
