Cooking Citrus Trout with Rick Browne (Video) (Recipe)


  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly
  • 1 lime, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 4 small trout
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

In large saucepan over medium heat on stove or bbq side burner, melt butter in olive oil then add fish, lemon and lime slices, orange juice and wine.

Salt & pepper to taste.

Cover pan and simmer fish for 20 minutes, turning them over at 10-minute mark.

Serves 4
