Grilled Halibut with Lime Caper Sauce

  • 2-3 Halibut steaks
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1 tbsp. dill
  • 1 tsp. granulated onion

After lightly coating the Halibut steaks with olive oil, rub the filets with a mixture of salt, pepper, onion and dill, and place over direct high heat. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes a side, turning the fish at least once. Whisk the olive oil, capers, chives and lime juice into a sauce and refrigerate until the fish is done. When the Halibut just begins to flake, remove from heat, plate and serve with the dressing over the top.
