Other great features of the X8IR include VGA digital video at 20 FPS, 15/30/60 second video clips, 1/3/6 Burst Mode Technology for still images and a 20 second /1/5/10 second time. The SD external memory card slot accepts up to 16 GB. The digital video stamping allows the user to view time/date/moonphase on last frame to accurately track the animal activity.

The X8IR Digital Video Scouting Recorder operates on four "C" cell batteries and is fully capable of working with an auxiliary power jack for use with a 12v battery. The mounting strap is included.
