Jerky Trail Snack (Recipe)
- Unsalted, roasted peanuts
- Dates, chopped
- Sunflower seeds
- M&M candy-coated chocolate candies
- Dried bananas
Use your favorite jerky recipe. Cut jerky into small bits and add equal portions of other ingredients. Put handful or two in you backpack to keep you going in any situation. Use your imagination to create a nutritional or quick energy snack.
