Outdoor Sportsman Group offers our deepest sympathies to the Craig Morgan family in the tragic loss of their son and brother Jerry Greer.
Authorities with the Humphreys County (Tennessee) Sheriff’s Department confirmed Monday, July 11, they had recovered the body of 19-year-old Jerry Greer following a boating accident on KentuckyLake, Sunday, July 10.
Jerry, a 2016 graduate of Dickson County High School, reportedly was preparing to play football at Marshall University this fall.
A spokesman for Morgan and his family indicated they were grateful for the outpouring support received over the past couple of days. The family spokesman requested prayer for the family as they privately mourn their devastating loss.

Jerry is survived by his parents Craig Morgan and Karen Greer, sister Aly Beaird and brother-in-law Ryan Beaird, brother Kyle Greer and fiancée Chelsea Rogers, and brother Wyatt Greer.
Jim Liberatore, CEO and President of Outdoor Sportsman Group Networks, issued a statement Tuesday, July 12, concerning the tragedy.
“Our most heartfelt condolences go out to Craig, Karen and their entire family,” said Liberatore. “Craig, his wife and children are all members of our extended Outdoor Sportsman Group family and we are saddened to learn of this tragedy. Our prayers are with them and we pray for their comfort at this time.”
