Crush Recipe: Lee's Loaded Breakfast Burritos

You've all heard it... breakfast is the most important meal of the day! So why not make it the most delicious meal of the day too with this to-die-for sausage breakfast burrito recipe?

To make this loaded breakfast burrito recipe, fill a large tortilla with a generous helping of pork sausage, ham, bacon, eggs, hash browns and shredded cheese. Ingredients:

  • Dozen eggs, scrambled
  • Jimmy Dean's mild & hot pork sausage, browned together and drained
  • 1 cup diced ham chunks
  • Several slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Simply Potatoes hash browns, cooked
  • Shredded cheese
  • Large tortillas

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place scrambled eggs, cooked meats and cooked hash browns in center of tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. You can make these as large as you want!

Roll tortilla up and wrap in foil.

Heat on pan in oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with hot sauce and salsa.
