As Vice President and General Manager, World Fishing Network US, Outdoor Sportsman Group, Sean focuses on three key areas. His work with World Fishing Network focuses on building cross-platform value for the network advertisers and audience across all fishing species/styles/regions. Sean is responsible for working with a cross-company team at OSG to strategically grow audience and advertising across all OSG fishing assets and platforms, specifically engaging new advertisers and increasing audience time-spent. Sean also is working with a core team to grow the next generation platform for viewing and distribution: MyOutdoorTV, focusing on content, subscription growth and consumer strategy.
With more than 19 years of North American industry expertise across different functional areas, Sean has a proven track record of using data and analysis to launch and grow successful multi-platform brands. Previously, he served in progressively more senior roles at Insight Sports, leading Affiliate Distribution for WFN from initial launch and ultimately serving as SVP, Digital and Content Distribution at the time of WFN’s acquisition by KSE. Sean also held executive positions at Corus Entertainment and Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting in Toronto, Canada earlier in his career.
Sean is on the Advisory Board for TalentKode. He is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario – Huron University College with a degree in Philosophy.
