1. In a medium bowl, mix ¾ of the Italian dressing, cayenne pepper, melted butter, black pepper, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
2. Rub over turkey, using remaining Italian dressing to fill cavity. Allow turkey to marinate 24 hours. For the best results, brine the turkey for 12 hours before marinating it with the rub.
