Final touches on the NRA Convention's Exhibit Hall in Nashville

Booths at NRA's 2015 Annual Meeting as they rise to the skies

Final touches on the NRA Convention

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – When members and fans arrive here in Nashville for the NRA's 144th Annual Meetings & Exhibits, most will make way for the famed exhibit hall. Lined with booths of firearm manufacturers, accessory creators, and just about everyone who is anyone in the shooting sports field. What they're going to see is the finished product... but it takes a lot to get there.

One thing to remember is the more impressive the booth the more time and manpower it takes to assemble. One to two to three days’ worth of carpeting and constructing and a good deal of sweat goes into the final product. Some are put together by the vendors and some by local crews here in Nashville. Either way, someone went through a great deal of effort to make it all possible.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

For the design, planning and man hours spent by the folks in NRA's Shows & Exhibits Division, as well as those responsible for the booths at the vendor end, are immense. After all, you don't just call 1-800-booth-me and wait for it to arrive in 30 minutes or less.

So when you walk through the doors of the Music City Center tomorrow at 9:00am, take a moment to consider how much went into making this all possible ... then go have some fun.
