Keith Mark

Keith Mark

Anyone who knows Keith Mark will agree that his love of hunting is what best defines him.

Keith comes from generations of hunters, so it comes as no surprise that this fifty-one year old outdoorsman has been hunting all his life, having been introduced to the family legacy by his father, Robert Mark.

Although skilled in all hunting disciplines, Keith has specialized in bow hunting for more than thirty-three years and is fast becoming one of the most recognized hunters in the sport today. Add to that the considerable success Keith has had with his muzzleloader and rifle over the past several years and it would be difficult to find a more enthusiastic big game hunter.

Keith’s love for and dedication to the outdoors makes every hunt a true adventure and his passion for hunting is obvious.

Keith has personally taken many trophy animals and has successfully hunted virtually every North American big game species, including moose, antelope, caribou, turkey, whitetail, elk, mule deer, mountain lion, wild boar and bear.

Keith’s imprint on the sport, however, is not limited to his personal hunts and outdoor experiences.

Keith also owns and operates MacMillan River Adventures Outfitters in the Yukon Territory, Canada.

MacMillan River Adventures is world-renowned for providing its clients with some of the greatest trophy moose hunting known, and also offers some of the finest mountain caribou, grizzly bear, black bear, and Stone sheep hunting in the world.

Keith and his wife Jeanne have been married for twenty-five years and have three wonderful children: Zachary, 23, Jacob, 21, and Anna, 19. All three have learned to enjoy hunting along with their dad.

The eldest, Zachary, is fast becoming an accomplished hunter in his own right, with successes that include whitetail, black bear, wild boar, turkey and that Great Plains monarch, the bison.

Viewers of the MacMillan River Adventures television show not only have enjoyed watching Zach on these exciting hunts, but also have had the opportunity to hear Zach’s guitar playing skills, as he is the man behind the television show’s hard hitting music.

Keith Mark is quickly gaining popularity for his straightforward and down to earth approach to hunting.

Keith’s passion for the hunting lifestyle and willingness to tackle some of the hunting industry’s most controversial issues has gained him quite a following within the industry.  Now that he has partnered with WWE legend Shawn Michaels, we can certainly look forward to more fun and entertaining hunts as we watch the new MacMillan River Adventures.

Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels

In 2010, Shawn Michaels retired from WWE after a successful run of over twenty-five years in the ring. A San Antonio, Texas native, Shawn officially became a part of WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) in 1988.

A ten-time winner of Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s Match of the Year Award, Michaels has been blessed to be the WWE World Champion, World Heavyweight Champion, two time Royal Rumble winner, Intercontinental Champion and World Tag Team Champion, along with many other noteworthy accolades. He also has compiled a list of memorable nicknames that fans across the globe associate with his career in WWE including: The Heartbreak Kid, The Showstopper and Mr. Wrestlemania to name a few.

Michaels recently added Mr. Hall of Fame to the list of nicknames after being inducted into WWE's most exclusive club less than a year after his retirement.

The only thing that rivals Michaels’ passion for performing is the love of his Family, Faith and the Great Outdoors.

In 1999, Michaels met his wife of twelve years Rebecca, and the two, along with their children Cameron and Cheyenne, began a spiritual journey that continues today.

Michaels has often told people that his first encounter with all mighty God took place in a deer blind. It was this encounter that would transform his life and the life of his family forever.

Though the WWE schedule would keep Michaels busy, he always made it a point to "get in the field" when the opportunity arose.

With the decision to homeschool their children, the love of God, family and country would be the hallmark of the outdoor lifestyle Shawn and Rebecca would adopt for their family. Though Michaels still appears occasionally on WWE programming, in 2010 he stepped away to, "be home and help raise my children."

Shawn and Rebecca met Keith Mark and his wife Jeanne at the 2010 SHOT Show and the two quickly realized it was more than just “coincidence.”

Two families with the same "core" value system, not just in talk, but in practice, quickly formed a friendship that they firmly believe will stand the test of time.

It was this bond that led Shawn and Keith to bring MacMillan River Adventures back to Outdoor Channel.

The two outdoorsmen make no bones about their agenda, they are going to promote their love of God...their family...and the great outdoors - each one in their own riches and glory.

And in the words of Hank Williams Jr, "we say grace and we say Ma'am, and if you ain't into that, we don't give a damn!”
