Shemane Nugent

Shemane Nugent is on a mission to make the world a happier, healthier place! She has been a group fitness instructor for 40 years and has developed programs for Zumba and Curves. Shemane has appeared on Vh1, MTV, CMT, Discovery, C-Span, Entertainment Tonight, FOX and many other programs. She is a social media influencer and TV & podcast host discussing healthy living, fitness, fashion, faith, fur babies, and having fun!

Along with her husband, rock legend Ted Nugent, Shemane co-hosts and co-produces the award-winning Ted Nugent Spirit of the Wild TV show on Outdoor Channel. She is the author of "Married to a Rock Star," and co-authored the popular wild game cookbook "Kill It and Grill It” with husband Ted.  Her book “4 Minutes a Day, Rock 'n Roll Your Way to Happy” is an inspirational healthy living guide that became a best-seller on Amazon the day it launched. A second edition, “4 Minutes To Happy” will be released March, 2020.

Ms. Nugent shares her candid perspectives and entertaining dog videos with more than 200,000 followers in her widely popular posts on Instagram and Facebook.  Shemane and her husband serve on the Board of Directors for Operation Finally Home, a charity that provides mortgage-free homes for veterans. Their Ted Nugent Kamp for Kids charity teaches inner-city youths archery, fishing and survival techniques.

After discovering her MTV Cribs home was contaminated with toxic mold between the walls, Shemane became deathly ill. Through alternative remedies, she healed herself and is currently producing a documentary about environmental toxins.
