About The Show
The series follows internationally renowned Hardcore Carnivore Jess Pryles on a road trip across the Lone Star State, uncovering the untold stories behind Texas’ greatest grillers and pitmasters. In each episode, Jess traverses the state, exploring a different Barbecue establishment each time; from Michelin starred restaurants in Austin and a food truck near Fort Hood with penchant for something sweet. Along the way, she meets local legends, backyard BBQ kings and unsung heroes of live-fire cooking.
