Grilled Salmon with Chive Sauce Dressing (Recipe)

  • 3-4 Salmon Filets, skinned
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp. scallions minced
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. tarragon
  • 1 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

In a food processor or blender, blend the ingredients to a smooth the mixture.

Generously coat the salmon filets with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and place on a hot grill 6-8 minutes until they'll turn without sticking. Cook the opposite side for 2 minutes until done. Plate the salmon hot off the grill and serve with the dressing spooned over the top.
