Haynes Shelton

Haynes Shelton

As Editor in Chief of North American Whitetail, Haynes Shelton is a significant part of the future of this legacy brand. Raised on his family’s farm in Davie County, North Carolina, Haynes realized his passion for deer hunting and the outdoor lifestyle at an early age through the mentorship of his father and grandfather. After earning his Bachelor’s in English and minoring in Photography at Hampden-Sydney College, Haynes began his career at NAW in 2015. Soon his role expanded to include hosting North American Whitetail TV on Outdoor and Sportsman Channels. Only outranking his passion for traveling the continent in pursuit of whitetails is Haynes’ love of life’s two greatest gifts – Faith and family.
