ALPENA, Mich. – Jack Link's Major League Fishing announced today that it has wrapped up filming in Northern Michigan, and league Commissioner Don Rucks said that the just-completed competitive event will generate “the best show we’ve put on the air.”
During the event, called the General Tire Summit Cup, Major League Fishing anglers competed for six days on a variety of lakes near Alpena, Michigan, a Lake Huron shore city of 10,000. The filming included competition, as well as features on tips and techniques, and highlights of Northern Michigan attractions.
