Duck Wontons with Cilantro Lime Dressing (Recipe)

Ingredients:
- 4-6 duck breasts chopped
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 lime zest
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 green onion
- 10-14 water chestnuts
- 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
