Tomato Sauce
- 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 14-oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 red wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- fresh thyme
- fresh basil chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
