Grilled Chimichurri Elk Venison Steak Recipe

- ½ cup flat leaf parsley
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small red jalapeno (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
