Hunter education certification helps ensure safe and ethical hunters in our state and is required for all licensed hunters born on or after Jan. 1, 1975. Registration for hunter education courses is available only online at fw.ky.gov as is a list of upcoming courses. The courses are free.

FRANKFORT, Ky. – It is a few minutes before 6 p.m. on Friday and vehicles continue pulling into the parking lot at the Scott County Extension Center.
