World Champion Elk Callers Crowned in Reno

MISSOULA, Mont.—Elk callers from nine states and one Canadian province have earned Top 3 honors in the RMEF/Leupold World Elk Calling Championships for 2011.

Competition concluded March 5 in Reno, Nev. The event was held as part of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s annual Elk Camp & Hunting, Fishing and Outdoor Expo. The event helps raise awareness of elk, habitat and conservation initiatives of RMEF.
